  2. A well organised response and well done for including the issue of young people from the Afro Caribbean communities being far more likely to be stopped and searched by police. This is an issue of racism and a cause for concern.

    Re representation of young people. I suggest your film represents young people as ordinary but caught up in an extraordinary event. Tille, Louisa and Hammad may well be innocent victims. They are not evil rather victims. But the enigma posed in your opening is that one of the students may be a perpetrator of the crime, the suspense is which one.

    Hammad is represented as shadowy and enigmatic; Tillie as isolated and studious; Louisa as sociable and in a relationship though her reaction to seeing the victim is a little unconvincing and suggests a pretence.

    Be more subtle with your vocabulary. The characters are not evil or wicked, they are troubled and facing a police investigation.

    Level 3 at the moment, if you can revise your vocabulary and be more subtle a stronger mark is possible.
